During World War II, she worked as a machinist at the Pratt & Whitney facility in East Hartford, a position she held until 1958. Afterwards, she was employed by the housekeeping department of Hartford Hospital. Her final employment was a cook/server for Zybo Foods at the Pratt & Whitney factory cafeteria in East Hartford. She retired in 1980. |
