After moving to New Brunswick from P.E.I. in the late 1950s, Enid worked as an administrative assistant in the insurance, petroleum.

She worked in business services and legal fields in Moncton and Saint Joh.

She lived for many years on Aberdeen St. in Fredericton before relocating in 2005 to her new condominium in Dieppe to be closer to family.

For the past several years, she worked as a legal secretary, most recently with lawyer John Murray in Moncton.

She worked full time until the age of 80 and loved wearing stylish clothes and her beloved high heels.
