Jocelyn était employé pendant 32 ans avec McCain Foods. Il aimait la pêche à mouche, fabriquer ses propres mouches, le golf, et surtout jouer avec ses petits-enfants.

Jocelyn worked at McCain Foods for 32 years. He loved fly fishing along with tying his own flies, golf and he especially cherished playing with his two grandsons.
