Note		Raoul began his career in the harness racing industry at the age of 28 when he moved to the U.S.A. He was honored to work with some of the best stables in the U. S. where he gained his knowledge of how to assess a good horse. This lead him to trav el all over the world with horsemen to purchase horses.
