Note		Il a grandi et fait ses études au Canada et y a travaillé comme bûcheron et pêcheur avant de déménager aux États-Unis au début des années 1950. Il a travaillé pour son oncle comme menuisier et a ensuite rejoint General Electric, où il a travaillé comme menuisier pendant plus de 20 ans. Il a été membre de longue date de l'IUE-CWA, section locale 201, de l'Amvets Post 161 franco-américain, Lynn et des Chevaliers de Colomb, Valladolid, conseil 70, Lynn. He was raised and educated in Canada and worked as a lumberjack and fisherman there before moving to the United States in the early 1950's. He worked for his uncle as a carpenter and later joined the General Electric, where he worked as a carpenter for over 20 years. He was a longtime member of both the IUE-CWA, Local 201, the Franco-American Amvets Post 161, Lynn and the Knights of Columbus, Valladolid, Council 70, Lynn.
